Diora Juraboeva

I build intuitive, scalable products through thoughtful design, systems thinking, and cross-functional leadership.

To give you a brief intro…

I’ve always been drawn to how things work, and how to make them better.

I started out in engineering, building race cars and physical products that were fast, precise, and beautiful.

The deeper I got, the more I started thinking beyond the materials and mechanics. I found myself asking: Who is this for? What problem are we really solving?

That pull towards the people and problem, not just products, is what led me to product design, and eventually to product management.

I’ve built complex tools that streamline sales (Ghost), help you control your finances (Techstars x Prosporus), and help engineers collaborate more effectively (Northrop Grumman).

Across all of it, I’ve been motivated by the same thing: making people’s lives better through thoughtful, intuitive systems.

But while I loved to build, I also wanted to lead, and empower others to achieve their fullest potential.

At USC, I lead Spark SC and founded VC Academy to empower the next generation of venture capitalists and founders.

My superpower is finding gaps, then building the systems and teams to fill them.

Today, I bring together design, engineering, and strategy to lead cross-functional teams and ship products that matter.

I’m driven by empathy, energized by complexity, and grounded in a simple goal: build with care, lead with clarity, and make an impact that lasts.
